Chatbot Revolution

If you don’t know what a chatbot is, it means that you are not a frequent internet user. Which is hardly possible nowadays (unless you live in a distant village or somewhere on an island with limited access to the internet). Chatbots have taken the internet by storm in the past few years. They have become magical wands for marketers.

With a slight difference from live chat (where a real human is behind the dialogue), chatbots work to imitate realistic conversations with website visitors in order to assist them in their needs in a more efficient way.
