J’ai eu le plaisir d’interviewer ma camarade de classe Alicia Ferrier qui est étudiante au MBA DMB de l’EFAP Paris ; mais aussi créatrice de la marque Anouck.

Peux-tu te présenter pour ceux qui ne te connaisse pas ?

Je m’appelle Alicia, j’ai 23 ans et j’habite en région parisienne. Je suis étudiante au MBA DMB à l’EFAP Paris.

J’ai grandi dans une petite ville du 92, c’est la que j’ai rencontré Marie, mon associée. On a habité dans le même immeuble pendant plusieurs années et on partageait la même passion pour la création et le dessin. J’ai toujours aimé créer et faire des choses avec mes mains : de la peinture, du collage, et du dessin jusqu’à la couture aujourd’hui !
Marie a fait une école de mode et design tandis que moi j’ai opté pour la communication et je crée toujours mais en dehors des cours à l’EFAP.

Quel a été ton parcours avant le MBA DMB ?

J’ai commencé par faire un bac littéraire option art et histoire de l’art. Après le lycée, j’ai fais 1 an à la faculté qui ne m’a pas du tout plus. J’ai donc travaillé dans une agence de gestion d’immeuble pendant une année avant d’intégrer l’EFAP en septembre 2016.

Pourquoi avoir choisi le MBA DMB ?

Le MBA DMB était un choix absolument logique pour le futur. Souhaitant travailler dans le E-Commerce, ça coulait de source de choisir une voie digitale afin d’avoir tous les outils en main pour exercer le métier que je souhaite plus tard !

Peux tu nous parler de ta start-up pour ceux qui ne la connaissent pas ?

Alors ma société s’appelle Anouck Paris, c’est une marque plutôt axée féminine. J’ai une associée, Marie Calatayud qui est mon amie d’enfance. Ensemble, nous avons fondé la marque de A à Z.
On fabrique et vend des accessoires pour cheveux : chouchou, bandeaux, chouchous-foulard et des bijoux.
L’idée nous est venue en juillet 2019 et officiellement Anouck a vu le jour en octobre 2019.
On a monté le site seules, photoshoot et développement également, c’est une marque 100% auto-financée.

Comment arrive tu as géré ta start-up et le MBA DMB en même temps ?

C’est un rythme à prendre et surtout des courtes nuits haha. Avec la confection des pièces, les commandes à préparer et envoyer, l’inventaire, les fournisseurs, le service client, les cours et les projets ; faut avouer que c’est assez intense et pas facile tous les jours. Mais quand on aime ce qu’on fait, on travail plus dur que jamais.

La Covid-19, un impact important sur la poursuite de tes études et le développement de ta start-up. Peux-tu nous dire comment tu arrives à gérer cette période complexe autant au niveau scolaire que professionnel ?

Le 1er confinement a été plus dur pour nous que le second. C’était un mois entier sans vente puis personne n’avait envie de s’acheter de jolis accessoires avec ce virus, l’humeur n’était pas au shopping. Mais le second est totalement différent et nous avons réussi à gérer bien mieux avec de la préparation. La seule difficulté qui nous a beaucoup pénalisée à été la fermeture de beaucoup de nos fournisseurs.  Certains pour le temps du confinement et d’autres, malheureusement, définitivement.
Au niveau scolaire, il faut avouer que les cours à la maison c’est plus facile pour gérer un business. Grâce au temps de transport en moins, c’est du temps passé sur ma marque que je gagne et en ce moment, le temps c’est précieux !

Une fois ton MBA DMB obtenu, qu’envisages tu de faire ?

Le but ultime du MBA DMB est de continuer de faire grandir Anouck et de passer en job à plein temps pour moi. Réussir à avoir les connaissances nécessaires pour faire connaître Anouck encore plus et tenter pourquoi pas, d’ouvrir une boutique pour se rapprocher de nos clients.

Quel(s) conseil(s) donnerais-tu aux futurs étudiants du MBA DMB ?

Le premier qui me vient c’est de s’accrocher. Depuis le début de l’année, plus d’une fois je me suis dis que c’était trop, que c’était ingérable et que c’était trop dur. Mais faut s’accrocher, ça vaut le coup sur le long terme !
