Ce début d’année fut riche en nouveautés pour nos différents réseaux sociaux. Nouveaux effets Instagram, contrôle parental chez Tiktok, protection des données de Facebook… nombreuses sont les nouvelles fonctionnalités sur nos social media.

Tous les Community Managers (CM) attendent cette nouveauté encore en phase de test !

Depuis le 14 janvier, Instagram expérimente sa messagerie sur ordinateur. Jusqu’à présent, seuls nos amis CM et les entreprises pouvaient déjà répondre aux messages privés via la boîte de réception Facebook.

Certains petits malins utilisaient l’application Instagram pour Windows 10 afin de répondre aux messages privés. Malgré quelques bugs et un entretien de l’application peu régulier, cela fonctionnait. D’autres transitaient via leur navigateur web desktop préféré en « vue adaptative » afin de tromper le réseau social et être identifié comme un mobile.

Bientôt, tout utilisateur pourra consulter ses messages privés Instagram sur son ordinateur, sans passer par des techniques plus ou moins sombres. Vous pourrez, comme sur mobile, liker des messages, créer des groupes et bien entendu, envoyer des photos.

Autre nouveauté : Instagram classe désormais vos follows en fonction de deux critères :

Les abonnements les plus souvent vus votre le fil d’actualité
Les abonnements avec lesquels vous avez le moins interagi.

Malheureusement, ces deux critères sont illisibles comme on peut le voir sur cette capture, à moins d’avoir une vraie tablette.

Une bonne idée dans le fond, même si savoir que je n’interagis pas souvent avec Robert Downey Jr. (aka Iron Man pour les intimes), n’est pas d’une grande utilité. Cependant, cela pourrait intéresser nos amis les growth hackers.

On peut donc espérer de nouvelles catégories dans le futur. Exemple : les personnes avec lesquelles on a le plus interagi ou nos abonnements les moins actifs, ce qui nous permettra de réaliser notre petit tri mensuel plus facilement.

Notons enfin une dernière nouveauté sur l’effet Boomerang qui propose trois déclinaisons supplémentaires :
