J’ai rencontré Kevin Tatin à la rentrée 2019 au MBA DMB de l’EFAP à Paris. Aucun de nous deux ne connaissait les autres élèves de notre classe. Nous avons très vite sympathisé lors du Hub Forum mais aussi en cours, lors de nos projets de groupe. Si aujourd’hui j’ai décidé de vous présenter Kevin à travers une interview, c’est parce que je suis admirative de son parcours scolaire et professionnel. Il faut de la volonté et beaucoup de courage pour décider de reprendre ses études à 26 ans.

Je suis originaire du Nord de la France, de la petite bourgade de Saint-Quentin. J’ai réalisé mes études à Lille où j’ai vécu pendant 7 ans. Passionné par les sciences, les chiffres et la santé, j’ai obtenu un diplôme d’Ingénieur en Biotechnologie, après lequel j’ai travaillé pendant 2 ans dans une start-up de biotech en tant que responsable de la recherche et du développement. Globalement, j’étais en charge d’optimiser tous les process de production pour améliorer la rentabilité et la productibilité de l’entreprise.

Le secteur de la santé est en pleine évolution aujourd’hui, notamment avec l’arrivée de la médecine connectée et des compagnons de santé. Je sentais clairement que le virage vers le digital devenait inévitable. Je manquais de compétences dans ce domaine, j’ai donc décidé de compléter ma formation par un diplôme en marketing digital afin d’ajouter une corde à mon arc.

Quand j’ai décidé de me réorienter, je n’avais pas d’idée concernant l’école que je souhaitais intégrer et encore moins des diplômes proposés. J’ai entendu parlé du MBA DMB de l’EFAP en échangeant avec un ancien diplômé de mon école d’ingénieur qui avait entrepris une réorientation vers le digital en réalisant le MBA DMB. J’ai donc creusé un peu plus, regardé le classement du MBA et participé aux portes ouvertes pour comprendre un peu mieux le contenu de la formation. J’ai tout de suite accroché avec le concept, et me voilà.

Mes objectifs 2020 sont clairement basés sur mon épanouissement aussi bien personnel que professionnel. J’étais tombé dans ma petite routine lilloise du cadre ingénieur qui bosse bien, progresse, gère des projets un peu en roue libre mais sans réellement m’épanouir et être heureux tous les jours. Mon objectif est donc de trouver un travail stimulant qui m’enrichit humainement et financièrement.

Argent oblige, après mon stage, je vais chercher du boulot. J’aimerais trouver le job idéal qui réponde à mes attentes et qui soit enrichissant au quotidien. Bon, je prendrais bien des petites vacances quand même pour souffler avant de me jeter dans le grand bain de nouveau.

Dans 5 ans, je me vois heureux. J’aurai un travail passionnant, stimulant où mes compétences seront reconnues et valorisées aussi bien financièrement qu’humainement.

Je conseille le MBA DMB pour son expérience humaine. Si vous êtes un peu perdus, que vous cherchez à vous réinventer et rejoindre un domaine qui ouvre énormément de portes professionnellement, le digital est la réponse ! J’ai également fait des rencontres humaines géniales, on nous dit que le MBA DMB c’est une petite famille, c’est clairement le cas.

Les conseils que je donnerais, c’est de vivre l’expérience à fond : profitez ! Six mois ça paraît long, au moment où je parle, avec tous les projets et travaux de groupe, je me dis que je n’en verrai jamais la fin. Finalement, ça passe très très vite. Lancez-vous, n’ayez pas peur et osez contacter les gens, élargissez votre cercle car c’est souvent les rencontres les plus inattendues qui sont les plus riches.
