L’histoire de l’art à l’ère numérique.

L’histoire de l’art a connu de nombreux bouleversement dans son approche ces dernières années. D’abord par sa démocratisation grâce aux sites internets et nombreux documentaires. Elle est désormais face à un nouveau bouleversement à travers les réseaux sociaux.

En 2020, le hashtag « Art » figure dans le top 10 des hashtag le plus utilisés sur le réseau social Instagram avec plus de 735 millions de mentions.

Alors que le réseau social était réputé pour « l’art du selfie », la tendance a évolué pour laisser place à de nouvelles pratiques. En ce qui concerne le monde culturel, il ne semble pas déroger à la règle. En effet, avec ses 1,08 milliard d’utilisateurs, le réseau social se place comme un véritable moyen d’accélérer la diffusion d’une tendance, d’un mouvement ou encore d’aider à la démocratisation de l’histoire de l’art. 

Injustement considéré comme hautain ou snobe, le monde culturel souffre de nombreux préjugés. Pourtant, la période inédite que nous nous a montré à quel point la culture est essentielle. Les livres, le cinéma, la musique ont effectivement tous joué un rôle capital durant ces périodes de confinement. Mais qu’en est-il de l’histoire de l’art ?

Je vous propose donc de découvrir plus en détails comment, l’ère numérique influe-t-elle sur l’histoire de l’art. Quels sont les nouveaux acteurs de ce secteur? Comment abordent-ils cette notion? Quelle est leur cible? Nombreuses sont les questions qui émergent face à ces mutations. Nous allons tenter d’y répondre.
