Concevoir une culture d’entreprise en 4 étapes
- La raison d’être : Qu’est-ce qui vous anime dans votre métier ? Sans voir uniquement le plan financier, qu’est-ce qui fait que les dirigeants et les collaborateurs se lèvent le matin ?
- La mission : Quelle mission votre entreprise s’est-elle donnée pour le monde dans lequel elle évolue ? À quelle demande répond-elle clairement ?
- Les valeurs : Quelles sont les qualités que vous retrouvez dans toute la chaine de votre entreprise ? Les valeurs ne sont pas que de simples adjectifs sans fond. Il faut qu’elles transparaissent dans chaque activité.
- Les comportements/rituels : Il y certainement des comportements qui sont à privilégier pour que votre société fonctionne correctement. Veillez à les identifier pour pouvoir les propager.
