L’heure est à l’explosion du e-commerce, qui a vu son chiffre d’affaire passer de 81,7 milliards d’euros en 2017 à 103,4 milliards d’euros en 2019. Bien entendu, à la suite de la crise sanitaire, ses ventes ont encore décollé en cette année 2020. Le secteur devrait atteindre 110 milliards d’euros de chiffres d’affaires, avec une croissance des ventes en ligne estimée à  8,5 % sur le dernier trimestre (+6 %).

Un autre type de commerce en parallèle du e-commerce prend ses parts sur le marché, il s’agit du M-commerce.

Le M-commerce (ou Mobile commerce) est l’achat en ligne effectué depuis un appareil mobile (smartphones et tablettes). Avec la pandémie, le M-commerce a suivi le même schéma de croissance que le E-commerce, si ce n’est plus.

Au mois de novembre 2020, le Black Friday a particulièrement montré la puissance du m-commerce avec 85,5 milliards de dollars (72 milliards d’euros) de chiffre d’affaires réalisé (une hausse de 43,4% par rapport à l’année dernière).

Le commerce B2B est aussi sur le mobile, les entreprises en BtoB (business to business) profitent également de ce phénomène : 40% du chiffre d’affaires BtoB provient déjà du trafic mobile.

Le commerce mobile est de fait une réelle opportunité pour les entreprises souhaitant fidéliser, acquérir des clients et ainsi augmenter leurs ventes. Ce commerce est accessible à mettre en place. Cependant, pour tout entrepreneur souhaitant se lancer dans le commerce mobile, certaines techniques marketing sont incontournables. L’une d’entre elle est un point principal de la conversion d’un utilisateur, il s’agit de l’UX (l’expérience utilisateur). Ce concept va devenir la préoccupation premières des concepteurs de sites et d’applications mobiles.

Aujourd’hui, toute entreprise met son client au centre d’une expérience lors de la conception d’un service, afin de rendre ce dernier adapté et attractif. C’est le principe de l’expérience utilisateur. 

Pour rappel, l’UX (User eXperience) est l’expérience vécue par un utilisateur dans une situation d’interaction. Né dans les années 90, le terme est inventé par Donald Norman, professeur en science cognitive.

L’UX se base sur la facilité d’usage d’une interface, ainsi que sur les émotions ressenties par son utilisateur lors de l’interaction. Le but est de procurer des envies et attitudes aux consommateurs, qui vont évoluer dans le temps. Les objectifs de l’UX sont variés : augmenter ses ventes, fidéliser son client, attirer et convertir de nouveaux prospects…

En effet, les consommateurs ont certaines attentes et comportements, car ils désirent un certain niveau de contenu selon leurs objectifs. C’est pourquoi une application mobile doit être pensée pour son objectif de vente dans le cas du m-commerce, mais également dans son contenu, ses fonctionnalités, l’architecture de l’information et ses visuels, tout ça pour livrer à l’utilisateur la meilleure expérience possible.

Quand il est adapté au smartphone, l’UX devient l’UX mobile. Une des règles principales dans l’UX mobile est que l’utilisateur ne doit pas penser à ce qu’il a à faire. L’accès à sa requête et/ou au contenu désiré doit être fluide et intuitif. 

La solution, c’est peu d’informations, mais pertinentes. En ce qui concerne l’information, elle est forcément accessible et transparente : ce détail est primordial pour rassurer l’utilisateur, le conforter dans son expérience et lui donner envie de passer à l’acte d’achat. 

Les actions disponibles doivent être restreintes mais utiles, facilitées par des visuels attractifs. En effet, l’action de l’utilisateur doit être simple à analyser : faciliter les accès du retour en arrière, à un article, au panier, au paiement… 

Par ailleurs, un élément important à prendre en compte est la capacité de la mémoire humaine, qui est limitée. C’est pourquoi mettre peu d’éléments sur une page favorise la faculté de mémorisation des éléments de la page et ne surmenage pas l’utilisateur.

De plus, le design  et l’architecture de l’application ou du site mobile ont aussi un rôle décisif dans l’UX. Regrouper les idées, adapter sa police ou utiliser des couleurs agréables afin d’obtenir un support lisible est une étape à ne surtout pas négliger. 

Pour finir, lors de la conception d’un site ou d’une application mobile, il ne faut pas hésiter à faire tester le service afin d’analyser les erreurs et les points à améliorer, pour ainsi augmenter l’UX. Personne n’a un avis plus fort  et pertinent que l’utilisateur lui-même quand il s’agit de sa propre expérience. Des rapports sur le sujet sont disponibles sur internet et peuvent être utilisés comme support.

De nombreuses technologies se développent sur le marché est font émerger de nombreuses tendances marketing et commerciales pour les années à venir. Voici ci-dessous quelques exemples d’évolution qui s’applique au m-commerce et impact l’UX.

Tout d’abord, la personnalisation intelligente, le principe selon lequel les entreprises se concentrent davantage sur la segmentation comportementale. Ainsi, les données démographiques des utilisateurs, le changement de comportement, les appareils connectés sont analysés pour envoyer le bon message au bon moment, dans le but de faire profiter aux clients d’un taux de satisfaction plus élevé et permettre plus de conversions de ventes pour les entreprises.

Ensuite, la recherche vocale, avec la croissance des assistants vocaux, la recherche vocale va vers la position de tendance du m-commerce. Les utilisateurs effectueront près de 50% de leurs recherches grâce à cet outil d’ici 2020. Elle sera intégrée dans la plupart des applications mobiles. 

Puis, les paiements cryptographiques, leurs avantages principaux pour les marques sont la rapidité, la réduction des coûts, la sécurité et l’anonymat des transactions.

Bien entendu, les réseaux sociaux, entre communication, promotion de produit/ services, développement de l’engagement et analyse de données; les médias sociaux jouent un rôle dynamique au sein du commerce mobile. Par ailleurs, 55% des utilisateurs de réseaux sociaux ont effectué un achat après y avoir découvert un produit. 

L’expérience omnicanale, environ 50% des entreprises utilisent au moins 8 canaux différents pour interagir avec le client. Les commerçants et les marques, d’ici 2025, réuniront ventes en ligne et hors ligne en une seule entité. Ce phénomène va repenser l’expérience d’achat du consommateur.

Le support clients automatisé, 85% des interactions clients seront effectuées via chatbot et outils basés sur l’IA d’ici fin 2020. Les avantages : croissance de l’engagement, de la satisfaction client et de l’analyse des données. 

La vitesse augmentée du chargement des pages, de nos jours, les utilisateurs quittent une page si le chargement est supérieur à 3 secondes. L’amélioration de la vitesse des pages sera donc une tendance phare du commerce mobile et de l’UX pour 2020-2025.

La réalité augmentée, elle permettra aux e-commerçants et aux marques de promouvoir leurs services / produits de manière beaucoup plus réaliste, de proposer un accompagnement des utilisateurs lors de leurs achats et d’essayer n’importe quel produit avant de l’acheter. Avec de tels avantages, la technologie devrait générer environ 120 milliards de dollars de ventes d’ici la fin de 2020.

Enfin, le marketing de proximité : Les magasins physiques, dans les années à venir, se développeront au travers du marketing de proximité. Grâce aux WiFi et aux balises BLE, les personnes dans un rayon particulier seront ciblées dans le magasin physique, et recevront des remises et des notifications personnalisées sur le mobile afin de réaliser des bénéfices de façon efficace.
