L’expérience client, en faits et chiffres
Suite à mon article posté sur Linkedin en juillet 2019, Expérience Client, le nouvel avantage compétitif des entreprises d’aujourd’hui, j’ai réalisé une infographie pour illustrer les points clés de cette notion.
L’objectif de cette infographie ? Rendre cette notion d’ « expérience client » visuelle et donc la plus accessible possible pour tous.
