Galeries Lafayette Champs Elysées, a new retail model focused on customers

Some of you might remember the old Virgin megastore settled on the Champs Elysées. Since last July, the building has been restructuring, to host a Galeries Lafayette department store. Its aim is to bring back bricks and mortar in the digital age when people think retail is dead. We are living in a world where DNVB (Digitally Natives Vertical Brands) are popping up all over the web focusing on customer experience. Thus, why should retail be boring?
